23rd Annual Heritage Harvest Fair

11:00AM - 5:00PM

On October 5th and 6th, New Carlisle's Memorial Park will be transformed into an 1800s Living History festival. Demonstrators will exhibit various life skills and art forms such as chair caning, weaving, quilting, and blacksmithing and more!. Attendees can try their hand at churning butter and candle dipping. Strolling musicians will entertain on Saturday and the New Carlisle Town Band plays at 1:00pm on Sunday. Horse and Horse and wagon rides will also be available throughout the weekend. A petting zoo, kid's crafts and activities as well as old fashioned games for kids both days will be available. Enjoy ham and beans and chili cooked over open fires, a bake sale featuring our famous apple dumplings, a pie booth and kettle corn. Historic New Carlisle's "Country Store" will feature mums, pumpkins, gourds, squash, Indian corn, candy and apple cider.
