What size conventions can South Bend accommodate?

We're blessed with a variety of meeting and hotel facilities. South Bend and Mishawaka can easily accommodate a convention as small as 25 or as large as 2500.

How many hotels rooms are located within the downtown Convention District?

The surrounding area offers over 4,700 hotel rooms, all within a 10 minute commute of downtown South Bend. There are 584 hotel rooms located directly in the downtown district. The two convention hotels, the South Bend Marriott and the Ramada Plaza Hotel, offer 476 luxurious guest rooms. In addition, Residence Inn, just a few blocks north of Century Center, offers 80 rooms and the bed and breakfast inns in the West Washington Historic District provide an additional 28 rooms.

Can we bring a convention to South Bend during a Notre Dame Home Football Weekend?

While there are plenty of hotel rooms in St. Joseph County to accommodate football fans AND a convention, discounted group/convention room rates are not available.
