SPEAKER SERIES: Restoring the Lost Vehicles of 007
Overview
The Ian Fleming Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to promoting the legacy of Ian Fleming, holds the largest private collection of official, on-screen James Bond vehicles in the country and each one has a unique story. Join Alan J. Porter, president of the Ian Fleming Foundation, for an inside look at this remarkable collection and go behind the scenes to see how IFF Foundation Board Members like Colin Clark help return these cinematic icons to their former glory.
After the talk, make sure to check out two screen-used Bond vehicles (including the 1974 AMC Hornet X used in The Man With The Golden Gun) in the Reel Rides: Cars of TV & Film exhibit, on display now at the Studebaker National Museum.
The Studebaker Museum Speaker Series, presented by the Campisi Family Education Fund, is held in the Wiekamp Auditorium. Regular Speaker Series admission is $2. Studebaker National Museum and Campus Members are admitted free.
