1. Sponsor
The Plan Your Perfect Visit Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Visit South Bend Mishawaka (“Sponsor”), located at 101 N. Michigan Street, Suite 300, South Bend, Indiana 46601.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Sweepstakes Period
Begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on April 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 1, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside this period are void.
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period:
- Browse the Visit South Bend Mishawaka website and save listings to your Favorites.
- Your saved Favorites must include at minimum:
- One (1) Hotel or Bed & Breakfast listing
- One (1) Restaurant, Ice Cream Shop, Bakery, Coffee Shop, or Bar listing
- One (1) Thing To Do page or attraction listing
- One (1) Calendar Event
- All selections must be located within St. Joseph County, Indiana and listed on the Visit South Bend Mishawaka website at the time of entry.
- Submit your saved Favorites list by sharing or emailing it via:
- Direct Message to Sponsor’s official Facebook or Instagram accounts, or
- Email to social@visitsouthbend.com
Entries that do not include all required categories may be disqualified.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Marketing opt-in is optional and not required.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about May 2–5, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
6. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of:
- A check in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500 USD)
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500.
Prize will be awarded in the form of a check issued by Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner must pick up the prize in person at Visit South Bend Mishawaka’s corporate office located at 101 N. Michigan St., Suite 300, South Bend, IN 46601, during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET), or at another time/location designated by Sponsor. Winner may be required to present valid government-issued identification to claim the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced checks once delivered to the winner.
7. Winner Notification & Verification
The potential winner will be notified via the contact method used to enter.
The potential winner may be required to:
- Confirm eligibility
- Provide valid government-issued identification
- Complete and return any required documentation
Failure to respond within five (5) days of notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Taxes
Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
9. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and release Sponsor from liability related to participation or prize use.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify tampered entries and to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if necessary.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, browser incompatibility, disabled cookies, internet interruptions, or other issues that may prevent entry.
10. Privacy
Information collected will be used for Sweepstakes administration and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Marketing consent is optional and not required to enter.
11. Winner List
