Burke Golf Course at the University of Notre Dame
Overview
Located on the Southwest corner of campus, the Notre Dame Golf Course serves as the recreational 9-hole golf course for the community, as well as home to the varsity cross country team. Designed by Chuck Kelly and opened in 1929, the course was known originally as Burke Memorial and provided 18-hole play to students, faculty, staff, alumni, among others of the Notre Dame community. The Notre Dame Golf Course is open to the public when there is not a varsity cross country meet taking place and when the University's physical education classes are not in session.
