Stay in the house that Allen "Rocky" Lane grew up in, the voice of Mister Ed the Talking Horse, right here in Mishawaka!

Walk across the street to Central Park, the Mishawaka Riverwalk & downtown Mishawaka full of restaurants & bars. We're an easy 15 minute drive to the University of Notre Dame or downtown South Bend.

Want to get outside? Under a 30 minute drive to Potato Creek State Park or a little over 1 hour drive to Indiana Dunes National Park & Lake Michigan. 13 minutes to I-80/90.

The space
We're an easy 5-10 walk to Downtown Mishawaka & the Riverwalk. You can walk or take a 1-2 minute drive (plenty of free parking) to restaurants like Jesus Latin Grill & Tequila Bar, Sun King Brewery, Biebs & Ash Smashburger, Vinyl Tap & Table, Craft One Half, Zing Japanese Fusion, Cambodian Thai, or Scoobies. The South Bend Farmer's Market is under a 10 minute drive.

There is a family friendly large playground with a splash pad, pickle bar courts, jogging / walking path along the St. Joseph River right across the street.

Next to this property is a locally owned gift shop, outdoor store, & small batch bakery.

This property is a duplex. There is a walk up ice cream stand next to it on the other side, which is open Thursdays, Fridays, & Saturdays. It is closed during the winter.

If you are coming into town for a Notre Dame sporting event (football, basketball, hockey, etc) we are an easy 15 minute drive away (local roads - no highway necessary).

We're also conveniently located only 11 minutes away from the Mishawaka Fieldhouse.
