Dulcimer Daydreams - CD Release Concert

Bill Bosler celebrates the release of his new album, Dulcimer Daydreams, with a free live concert on October 24. Doors open at 3:30 PM, with music beginning at 4:00 PM and continuing for about an hour.

The concert features Bill on hammered dulcimer with an ensemble of area musicians: Kevin Joiner on guitar and backup vocals; Jetta Cruse on bass and backup vocals; Andrew Osano on bass and cello; Liesl Mom on violin; David Mom on violin, banjo and mandolin; John Potthast on mandolin; Doug Harsch on guitar and backup vocals; and Scott Caviness on guitar.

Dulcimer Daydreams moves between quiet, contemplative pieces and energetic old-time-inspired music. The album includes original tunes, three old-time fiddle standards reworked for dulcimer and string band, two familiar covers, and “Sylvia's Perce,” a heartfelt tribute to Bill's mother.

Admission is free, with complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and snacks.
